Cam is the newest, youngest and tallest member of WJC, joining back in January 2023. Having no previous experience within recruitment, he has showed great enthusiasm in his learning and development and is thriving with us.

Cam’s role is as a Delivery Consultant. His role puts him at the forefront of all candidate sourcing activities, providing a personable and smooth process for all involved. His key areas are Business Intelligence and Data Science so if you fall within that space, Client or Candidate, give him a shout!

He is a keen sportsman; you will often find him in the gym or on the rugby field playing for his beloved boyhood club, Rams. He is also big on socialising and spending time with friends and family (Usually in the pub).
