Core Responsibilities
• Have a working knowledge of the product offering, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape
• Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
• Understand the needs and pain points of enterprise prospects and clients in target markets
• Create a detailed sales business plan and manage the entire sales cycle:
o Analyze the territory and market potential to identify target accounts
o Drive prospecting and lead generation efforts by leveraging sales enablement tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
o Conduct sales needs analysis with prospective clients, including the development of client centric product solutions
o Design, develop, and deliver sales presentations and proposals on product benefits
o Participate in the negotiation, legal, and procurement processes
o Meet or surpass sales quota expectations
• Build strong client relationships and encourage growth within existing accounts
• Enter and update the status of opportunities on a regular basis by keeping consistent and organized notes in HubSpot
Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Account Executive selling technology solutions to enterprise size clients
• Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems
• Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior management
• Ability to traverse complex organizational structures in enterprise-size organizations
• Experience working with C-Level Executives to build value-focused solutions
• Extraordinary customer management, strategic selling and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and an aptitude for learning new systems
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team efforts
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned
